Xō Rituals Skincare + Aesthetics is located inside Luxe Beauty Salon Suites, a collection of private beauty suites. Upon entering the building, please proceed to Suite #6.

If you arrive and I am currently with a client, please have a seat in the waiting area. I will come out to greet you as soon as your appointment begins.

Parking is available directly outside the salon suites for your convenience.

Booking Multiple Services

You can book multiple services during the same appointment by selecting add-ons when booking your service.

Many clients choose to combine services during the same visit. For example:

• Brazilian + Underarms

• Underarms + Full Legs

• Upper Lip + Brows

Simply select your main service and then choose any add-ons during the booking process.

If you are unsure which services to select or need help booking multiple treatments, please contact me before scheduling so that enough time can be reserved for your appointment.

Preparing For Your Appointment

For sugaring services, hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) for best results. Please avoid trimming the hair too short before your appointment.

For facial and advanced skin treatments, please avoid retinoids, strong exfoliants, or active acids for several days before your appointment unless you have been instructed otherwise.

Deposit, Rebooking & Cancellation Policy

Why This Policy Matters

At Xō Rituals, every appointment is carefully reserved so each guest receives the time and attention their service deserves. The deposit and cancellation policy helps protect reserved appointment time, keeps availability accurate, and allows other guests the opportunity to book open spots. Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations affect not only my schedule, but also other guests who may have been waiting for an appointment.

Appointment Deposits

A 30% deposit is required to reserve all appointments, whether booked online, by phone, by text, or by direct message. Deposits are applied toward your service total at checkout.

The remaining balance for your appointment may be paid at checkout by cash, credit card, Apple Pay, or Zelle.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, or late arrivals that cannot be accommodated will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Reschedules

Reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late reschedules. As a one-time courtesy, the deposit may be transferred once if the appointment is rescheduled for a date within 7 days of the original appointment.

If the rescheduled appointment is moved again, canceled, missed, or rescheduled more than 7 days from the original appointment date, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.

In-Person Rebooking

Guests who rebook their next appointment during their visit are not required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. However, a valid card on file is required to hold the appointment.

Deposit-Waived Appointments

For appointments booked without a deposit, no-shows, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or late reschedules moved more than 7 days from the original appointment date will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total.

If the fee cannot be collected at the time of the no-show, late cancellation, late reschedule, or late arrival, the balance must be paid before booking any future appointments. To rebook, the outstanding fee and the required deposit for the new appointment must both be paid.

Late Arrivals

Xō Rituals has a strict 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Please arrive on time so your full service can be completed without affecting other guests.

If you arrive within the grace period, your appointment may still be accommodated as best as possible. However, some services may need to be shortened, adjusted, or limited in order to finish on time.

Arrivals after the 10-minute grace period may be rescheduled if there is not enough time to safely and properly complete the service. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, your deposit may be forfeited, and a new deposit may be required to book again.

For deposit-waived appointments, late arrivals that cannot be accommodated may be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. Any unpaid fee must be paid before booking a future appointment.
